A world of enchantment on the shores of Lake Geneva
Van Cleef & Arpels has opened the doors of its new Geneva boutique. Until October 10, this light-filled space is hosting an exhibition of exceptional heritage pieces.
A new chapter is always a special moment in any story. Since 1960, Van Cleef & Arpels has fostered an intimate connection with its Swiss clientele. Now the house is bringing renewed passion to this conversation with the inauguration, in early June, of a boutique at 23, Rue du Rhône, where Genevans can discover the house’s poetic creations in a light-infused setting that unfolds across more than 400 square meters. “Visitors are invited to rediscover our world through different spaces. Each in its own way reflects Van Cleef & Arpels’ dedication to craftsmanship and excellence,” notes President and CEO Catherine Rénier. “From the private salons to the patrimonial space and experiential rooms, the boutique and its decoration inspire moments of peaceful contemplation.” /public-objects/d3379fd9-5274-41fb-810d-e6c682f55011-cf0c4c55-08d9-4df9-b1e0-ab3dc015515c-collage%20VCA3.webp Image sélectionnée Extending over two floors, the new boutique includes an area set aside for exhibitions that illustrate Van Cleef & Arpels’ style and creativity through different eras. The first of these presentations, L’Histoire Continue (“the story continues”), is open to the public until October 10. It presents an exceptional selection of some one hundred historic creations, 80 of which have been loaned by private collectors in Geneva. Three sections showcase pieces from the 1930s to the 1990s, signature high jewelry collections, and themed creations. Adorable animal brooches mingle with Passe-Partout, fairies, ballerinas and floral compositions.
