Vicenzaoro: A showcase for talent
Where to begin? The January edition of Vicenzaoro drew more than 1,300 exhibitors and hosted some 560 buyers from countries around the globe, led by the United States, the United Kingdom, India and Germany. As impressive as these numbers are, the standout has to be the very first VO Awards—a celebration of excellence and creativity in jewelry. Eight prizes were presented, following a joint vote by an international panel of judges and attendees. We’ve picked our three favorites.

Created in honor of the Catholic Holy Year, its use of enamelwork, micro mosaic and precious stones leaves us in awe. This wonderfully supple necklace celebrates the flower as a symbol of rebirth and identity.
