Vicenzaoro: At the Heart of Jewelry from January 16th to 20th

For a long time, Venice and Verona have held the lion's share of tourists visiting Veneto.

And yet, this small town of some 100,000 souls has many assets to offer, notably its downtown area, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, where charming streets are punctuated by sumptuous palaces designed by the Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. However, while the sites are certainly worth a visit, it is for an entirely different reason that, twice a year, in January and September, the town, renowned for its historical expertise in goldsmithing, attracts the attention of jewelry professionals. For its winter edition, from January 16 to 20, Vicenzaoro is once again preparing to set the trend in the jewelry sector. Over 1300 exhibitors covering the entire value chain have already been announced, including many houses from the new jewelry scene as well as major jewelry signatures, such as Roberto Coin, Damiani, Crivelli, Fope, Nanis, Leo Pizzo, Roberto Demeglio, and Carrera y Carrera, among others. /public-objects/0ae4ac5f-0a19-479d-9895-496788d08a97-966bc20f-f89f-4fbf-a638-978ff9dd157b-FIERA_VICENZA_hall022560.webp Image sélectionnée More than a showcase of novelties, Vicenzaoro positions itself primarily as an essential business and cultural platform for the industry. This biannual event, centered this year around the theme "People, Product, Places", unfolds through a rich program of meetings, conferences, exhibitions and seminars. A major innovation of this edition is the inaugural VO Awards, which will honor the best jewelry creations. Market analyses, prospective trend observations, sustainability issues, gem traceability, insights into consumer behavior. Over four days, Vicenzaoro offers a comprehensive overview of the sector. Not to forget the cultural part, VIOFF, open to enthusiasts, in the heart of Vicenza city, notably featuring an exhibition tracing more than two centuries of Italian goldsmith tradition presented at the Jewelry Museum, within the walls of the Palladian Basilica, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. As the official media partner of the event, GEM-T Magazine will be exploring the aisles of Vicenzaoro. We'll tell you all about it when we return.
