With Terres d'Instinct, Messika returns to the source of the diamond

To celebrate its twentieth anniversary, Messika has bet on Terres d’Instinct, a high jewelry collection sculpted in the raw light of Southern Africa...

Inspired by a journey to Namibia, designer Valérie Messika has captured the telluric energy of the desert, the animal majesty, the vibrant ochres, and the striking contrasts of this land, the cradle of the diamond. In total, she presents 16 powerful, free and sensual jewelry sets, blending gold, diamonds, colored stones and feats of modularity. /public-objects/a13132b4-25b8-42d6-b95e-058d9a12e45a-711f154e-7b2f-4f85-824f-8fe1c68574b1-KALAHARA_COLLECTION_V05_RGB.webp Image sélectionnée One of the standout pieces, the Kalahara set, is distinguished by its two yellow diamonds, one of which is nearly 35 carats. A true feat of setting and modularity, the necklace can be worn in four ways: as a triple-row bib, a double-row, a choker, or a close-fitting necklace with a central pendant. For the first time, Valérie Messika has fully integrated colored gems into her jewelry language (sapphires, rubies, emeralds, spinels, garnets, onyx...) as a natural extension of the emotions inspired by the savannah. Between lion scratches (Fauve), desert breath and undulations on the sand dunes (Mirage), stylized zebra stripes (Zebra Mnyama) and flamboyant bursts, the collection imposes a new aesthetic language, instinctive and liberated, true to the Messika DNA. /public-objects/db2b3f29-1898-4587-a8ac-3c0c208cb151-b06a7c5d-47a0-4258-8092-e023dda308fd-ZEBRA_COLLECTION_V05_RGB.webp Image sélectionnée Throughout the collection, the light of diamonds weaves the narrative. Enhanced by various setting techniques (bezel, snow, halo, cushion cut, baguette or heart), each piece bears witness to the maison 's diamond expertise. /public-objects/b6336db4-2d7a-40f0-9395-a4b400a42861-ac8b86a2-5ad3-47a3-8c22-da0817835f18-Photo%205.webp Image sélectionnée
