A Second Gemmyo Boutique in Paris
While many are familiar with the store located at Place du Bourg de Four in Geneva, the French house Gemmyo is unveiling a new flagship at 74 Rue de Seine in Paris for a jewelry experience within a 134 square meter showcase in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.
Founded in 2011, Gemmyo has carved out a unique place in the jewelry landscape. With 100% French production, responsible sourcing and a pronounced taste for unconventional gems, it veers off the beaten track without ever denying artisanal craftsmanship. Entirely reimagined by the architectural duo Stephan Bidoux and Julien Villeneuve, its new Parisian flagship cultivates an aesthetic of relaxed elegance, subtly in tune with the soul of the neighborhood. /public-objects/2895c26e-3aa0-45fe-bb1d-b5448c78dffd-096e06c6-b3f4-4e6a-a293-7adcf328cb71-2.webp Image sélectionnée Upon crossing the threshold, one can sense the echoes of Juliette Gréco or Sartre, the intellectual legacy of Saint-Germain infusing every corner. A botanical mural by Antonin Lamoot immerses the visitor in the atmosphere upon arrival. The materials and decorative elements — trellises, brushed brass, marble, Murano glass — evoke the chic of the district's private hotels and create an environment that is both elegant and welcoming, where art and jewelry meet. The space is organized around intimate fitting rooms, each designed to offer a privileged encounter with the creations. The customer experience is at the heart of the setup, right down to the adjustable lighting system designed to magnify each stone, revealing the depth of a sapphire or the sparkle of a diamond according to the light variations.
