Rubel & Ménasché, Transmitting and Unlocking the Doors of the Diamond

A jewel cannot truly be appreciated without an understanding of the stones that inhabit it. The historic diamond dealer of the houses of Place Vendôme, Rubel & Ménasché, has understood this well by committing to actions in favor of an increasingly transparent industry, but with a heartfelt desire to share and pass on their expertise.

Today, Rubel & Ménasché launches "R&M Women Entrepreneurs", a unique program designed for female creators at the helm of their own brands, to give them an insider's view of a world they often interact with without fully understanding all its intricacies — the world of natural diamonds. For six months, four laureates embark on an immersive journey through the entire value chain. From Paris to Antwerp, a stronghold of diamond trading, to the cutting factories of Surat, India, where the majority of the world's diamonds are polished, they follow the journey of the stone from its origin to its final destination. Sourcing, cutting, quality control, traceability, compliance, regulatory challenges: through workshops, masterclasses, trips, and mentoring sessions, they gain hands-on experience with the concrete realities, in contact with the house's experts and its partners. But the journey doesn't stop at the material. It also supports the participants in the development of their business, from structuring their brand to understanding the economic realities of the sector, all the way to highlighting their projects. /public-objects/f930bec3-86c3-4eda-bd20-86945fdb4a5c-ab2d1507-57cb-441b-8f5a-8cdb9c35b8fe-2026-03-10_155123_X-T2_3864.webp Image sélectionnée For this inaugural edition, the program brings together Capucine Huguet (Capucine H.), Claudia Riendeau (Tracia), Constance Abadie (Arraroa), and Lola Oladunjoye (Lola Fenhirst), four distinct universes sharing the same desire to understand the diamond industry in order to better work with this gemstone. Each year, three to four designers will be able to benefit from this curriculum. Through this initiative, Rubel & Ménasché extends a long-standing commitment to greater transparency in jewelry — the house having been the first to apply to small diamonds the same exacting standards traditionally reserved for stones of one carat and above — and opens a door into a sector long known for its discretion. /public-objects/8d933c52-bdbd-4aa5-ac7b-5a372c83cd20-189695e0-4818-4ab8-9145-2ff4909e5304-Capucine.webp Image sélectionnée /public-objects/fad52708-af52-4feb-8080-de9a3e48409a-ea96e2d3-fe6a-4fb3-8815-8e2948255f07-Claudia.webp Image sélectionnée /public-objects/be870ced-4562-47f0-9434-7e1bba268d7c-0c5b9ee7-39c1-4b97-b923-59cf98830ca1-Constance%20GEM-T%20uniquement.webp Image sélectionnée /public-objects/62624e44-0ce1-4801-aa86-39f73d05cf46-fa562278-f64a-41bf-a2f6-ac834a430453-Lola.webp Image sélectionnée
