With Jardin des Rêves, the house on rue de la Paix pays tribute to one of its most famous clients, Marie Antoinette. Transposing the draperies of the queen's apartments at Versailles into jewelry, Laure-Isabelle Mellerio has envisioned an exotic, sumptuous, and unexpected necklace. The set is a lacework of yellow gold set with 22 colored stones (tanzanites, rubellites, imperial topazes, tourmalines, morganites) like a flamboyant botanical palette. At its center, a precious pineapple, the king of fruits and a symbol of power, dangles from the necklace or transforms into an earring.
