Heurgon, visionary for more than 160 years
In Paris under the Second Empire, as Baron Haussmann transformed the face of the French capital, society was also changing and with it, a new lifestyle was taking shape. Le Printemps department store opened on the newly created Boulevard Haussmann, while one by one, the city’s foremost jewelers moved to Place Vendôme and Rue de la Paix.
A stone’s throw from Place de la Concorde, at 15, Rue Royale, Heurgon opened its doors in 1865. Immediately, it epitomized Parisian refinement, illustrated by exceptional timepieces and jewels. For almost a century and a half, Parisian society flocked there, certain to discover a unique selection, guided by the most discerning taste and the highest expectations for quality and craftsmanship. Since 2021, from its location at 58, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, at the heart of Paris’s “Golden Triangle”, Heurgon has showcased the most prestigious watch and jewelry creations. The address may have changed, the spirit is the same, focused on a thoughtfully curated and forward-looking selection. Always visionary, Heurgon was one of the first retailers to introduce a French clientele to brands such as Chopard, in 1975, Messika, in 2007, or Marli New York and Grand Seiko, in 2021. In 2025 it brought Garrard, the first Crown Jeweller to the British royal family, into its fold—an exclusivity to discover alongside pieces by Chaumet, Fred, Repossi, Statement, Pasquale Bruni and Roberto Coin, as well as several of the world’s finest watchmakers, including Bulgari, Chanel, Breguet, Blancpain, TAG Heuer and Longines.
