Heurgon at the Crossroads of Art for 160 Years
To juxtapose the works of Nikki de Saint Phalle with the creations of Repossi, to place in confrontation the jewelry of Chopard and Yves Klein's Victory of Samothrace, or even the feminine sculptures of Manolo Valdés with Garrard jewels.
Bringing together the works of Nikki de Saint Phalle with the creations of Repossi, juxtaposing Chopard's jewelry with Yves Klein's Victory of Samothrace, or aligning Manolo Valdés' feminine sculptures with Garrard's jewels: such is the bold approach of the Parisian maison Heurgon . On the occasion of its 160th anniversary celebrations, Heurgon has partnered with Opera Gallery to transform its flagship store at 58 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré into an exhibition space blending contemporary art with the jewelry and watch creations of the 24 brands it represents. "We have always been passionate about integrating and highlighting art within our boutique, to offer our customers much more than a space for discovering watches and jewelry: a true place of emotion and cultural encounter," emphasizes Benjamin Cymerman, president of the Heurgon group, whose owner family has often been noted for their audacious, even avant-garde spirit. Heurgon was one of the first to introduce brands such as Chopard to France in 1975, Messika in 2007, Marli New York and Grand Seiko in 2021. Since this year, Heurgon has also exclusively hosted in France the creations of the British house Garrard, which celebrated its 290th anniversary in 2025. Founded in 1735, Garrard was the first official jeweler of the Crown, appointed by Queen Victoria in 1843. Its heritage includes some of the most famous jewels in history, from the legendary setting of the Cullinan I diamond in the Sovereign's Sceptre, to the iconic sapphire engagement ring of Princess Diana, now worn by the Duchess of Cambridge. A heritage constantly evolving under the artistic direction of Sara Prentice. Like the Wings collection which, since 2003, has taken on all forms, between grace and freedom.
